Copyrights and Limitations on Use

The content available through Site is the property of DTR or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws of the United States and international treaties, as well as other applicable intellectual property laws. No Refund Policy

Subscription fees/payments for DTR’s products/services are non-refundable. This means that if, for example, you pay for a one-year subscription and then decide you no longer wish to use the product, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription. However, we do allow subscribers to cancel at any time without incurring further charges. By making a payment to DTR, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to DTR’s No Refund Policy.

Automatic Renewal

By subscribing to our products/services, you agree to have your subscription automatically renewed and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time. When a subscription is canceled, you will continue to have access up until the end of your last billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel your service if you do not wish to renew a subscription.

Research Disclosure Policy

Our research, insights, analysis and ideas will be for SUBSCRIBERS ONLY. We will inform the public when the timing is right, but please leave that to us. Anyone caught sharing our research in public will be subject to legal action and a lifetime ban.

Limit of Liabilities

By using our products and services, you agree that under no circumstances will DTR, its officers, directors, employees, agents, as well as data providers and advertisers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or any type of damages resulting from your use or downloading of any content published and distributed by DTR through any means of distribution, including, but not limited to, emails, websites, documents posted to websites, social media or printed documents.

Potential Conflicts of Interests

However, when potential conflicts are unavoidable, DTR’s policy is to disclose material business relationships between it and issuers of securities highlighted. Consent to Receive Electronic Communications

We provide all disclosures, communications, and documents related to your usage of Site, including but not limited to, user account requests and billing information such as receipts, in electronic form. We will not provide paper disclosures, communications, and documents to you. You agree that it is your responsibility to provide an accessible e-mail address for the delivery of all products/services. DTR shall not be held liable for its inability to deliver its products/services due to an e-mail address that for any reason is inaccessible, or for settings in your email account that filter out receipt of DTR’s products/services.
